// Emergency On-Call Policy
We understand that sometimes you have important work to accomplish outside of normal operating hours and we know it’s the worst feeling when your technology refuses to cooperate. That’s why we staff on-call engineers to assist you in these emergency moments!
We provide on-call support for all emergency incidents submitted to the Help Desk between 5p-9p (Monday-Friday) and 9a-9p (Saturday-Sunday). It is our commitment to you that an engineer will review and respond to your request within one (1) hour of submittal with the goal of first-touch resolution.
